www.birgiediamonds.com is pleased to accept the orders from more than 100 countries in all over the World as listed below. If you could not see your country listed, please contact Birgie Diamonds representative at info@birgiediamonds.com to check whether we are able to ship to you.

International orders of which amount is less than $500 are not eligible for free shipping and there is an additional charge based upon the shipping destination. However, for the orders of $500 or more, shipment cost will not be charged to our international customers as a courtesy. We ship their orders free of charge in prority class through UPS or FedEx.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

At the time of purchase, you will be charged for the total amount of your order from Birgie Diamonds. When your shipment arrives at your country's customs office, there may be taxes, fees, and import duties charged in addition to your total order. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs charges will vary per item and per country, and cannot be calculated prior to shipping your order. You can contact your local customs office for details on international import policies and fee structures.

Please note that due to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) between the US, Canada & Mexico, all orders shipped to Canada or Mexico are responsible to pay a province tax only (import tax is not charged). The province or local tax amount is usually the percentage you would have to pay for items that are purchased at your local store.

Shipping & Delivery

Birgie Diamonds ships all international orders using UPS or FedEx in expedite and priority modes unless otherwise stated. You will receive a notification e-mail when your order is shipped. Our online order tracking feature allows you to check the status of your shipment at any time. All estimated delivery times for international shipments are listed on the sheet below. You should also be aware that International orders could potentially be delayed by customs procedures upon arrival at the destination country.

Shipping Insurance

Birgie Diamonds protects all international orders from loss or thefts during transit by providing shipping insurance through our trusted couriers. In the event of a return, a non-refundable shipping insurance fee will be charged to you.

Payment Methods

International orders must be paid via wire transfer. Wire transfers take approximately 6-7 business days to complete. The total amount of your order in local currency is determined by the current exchange rate of the US dollar when your order is placed.

Birgie Diamonds accepts payment in any of the following currencies: United States Dollar, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, EU Euro, Swiss Franc, Chinese Yuan, Hong Kong Dollar, Japanese Yen, Mexican Peso, Norwegian Krone, New Taiwan Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Sigapore Dollar or United Kingdom Pound.

After you place your international order, please e-mail us at info@birgiediamonds.com so that we will provide you with all of necessary bank routing information and shipping charges if applicable.

For international orders you must pay using the wire transfer method or an eligible PayPal account.

International orders qualify for our 30-day no questions asked return policy and lifetime warranty. However you will be responsible for all of the return shipping costs and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Limitations

Products shipped with international orders may not meet the regulations and requirements of the destination country. As the importer of record of the product, the customer should verify that there are no restrictions against the shipment of the item(s) to their local address. All orders sent to The Russian Federation can be insured for up to $100. If an order being sent to The Russian Federation exceeds that amount Birgie Diamonds will not be liable beyond that value for any package.

The regulations of destination countries are subject to change to accommodate global economy fluctuations. Birgie Diamonds reserves the right to refuse to ship an international order at any time. If there are any problems or restrictions preventing the shipment of your order, a Birgie Diamond jewelry expert will contact you via email as quickly as possible.

Due to the customs procedures and additional paperwork required to ship jewelry items from one country to another, we do not offer ring resizing services for international orders. Therefore, you should be sure about ring size prior to placing your order.

Privacy

Orders shipped internationally could potentially be opened and examined for security or customs purposes. Details about your order may also be shared with carriers and customs officials to clear your order for shipping.

Gift orders that are shipped to an international destination will be marked with a "Gift" label. The customs form must include the price of the items in order to establish the value of the package for clearance.

Returns

International orders can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, excluding the non-refundable 6% shipping insurance fee.

When you return items from an international order, you act as the exporter and are bound by your country's shipping regulations. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs, including customs fees, taxes, postage, and duties, as well as the retrieval of customs fees and taxes collected by the carrier upon delivery of the package.
