Shipping Policy

We mainly ship to locations within the USA. Shipping is free of charge for all orders within the USA. Please allow 7-10 business days for manufacturing. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. If you need your product sooner please contact us at info@birgiediamonds.com

International Order Information

Birgie Diamonds is pleased to ship to our international customers. International orders are not eligible for free shipping and there is an additional charge based upon the shipping destination if total amount of your order is less than $500. We offer free international shipping to more than 100 countries world-wide for the orders above $500. Please click here to see eligible destinations. If you need further assistance please contact us and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist you. Please note that shipments assigned to Canada may differ. For international orders you must pay using the wire transfer method. After you place your international order please e-mail us at info@birgiediamonds.com and we will provide you with all necessary bank routing information and shipping charges if applicable.


All orders, unless stated otherwise, are shipped via UPS or FedEx International. International orders qualify for our 30-day no questions asked return policy and lifetime warranty. However you will be responsible for all of the return shipping costs and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Tracking Your Package

You will receive an email from Birgie Diamonds once your package has been shipped. This e-mail will also include your package’s UPS or FedEx tracking number. You will be able to track your package through UPS or FedEx tracking in order to track your package by visiting their official website.

Signature Requirements for Delivery

Birgie Diamonds insures your jewelry free of charge until your product is delivered to you. Therefore, we require a signature on all deliveries over $150 to protect your purchase. For orders under $150 in value, Birgie will honor a signature waiver on file with the carrier. In the absence of such a waiver, a signature will be required.


If you are not available to sign for your package in person, the package can be held at your local UPS or FEDEX location until you are available for pick up. If you need someone else to pick up your package on your behalf, you need to notify us before your product is shipped to you so that we could provide the carrier company with the alternate name.
